Ow, my Dub!
Another nice dub release from Deepindub Netlabel, there is one track out, as usual. Ow would not let you sleep for a while. Dub techno with a touch of industrial sounds and spacy ambient backgrounds. Long Journey To Home is happier than that. Six is too much for some ears. Soundwaves is audible enough but there is no surprise. Have a try and you may say. Ow, my Dub!

A quiet bump just released its new Web site, new logo and even some new music. This compilation -dub- release is a bit special by the fact that you can buy it and get it physically, yes, a nice minimalist design package containing a real CD with all tracks. Do you remember, this disc that you used to put in the player? You would get it for two reason.

Reason 1: You like dub, you know A quiet bump, so, this release will fit all your dubby needs, physically.
Reason 2: Maybe you do not like dub so much, so you would buy a collector’s CD and start to listen to the dub from A quiet bump, and even like it.

JAMBASSA (Italians dub experts) experiments something electronic, more than usual in the Rat race, is the best track here, the slow Silverspoon rock‘s spacy dub from HIERONYMUS would let you discover one of the deepest dub’s side. PARA‘s Atonal lift the mood, electronic as well is pretty experimental. Note that all tracks may be considerated as for dub niche listeners. There is no commercial dub here. A Limited Edition CD from a netlabel? Nice way to contribute for a better music from your dub’s favorites artists at A quiet bump. Branded. New.

Not sure? The NIVA remix will be in your playlist for a while. This -remixed- production inspired by some world references is an electro pop masterpiece. The mood, the works on chorus and voices, maybe the deeper background voice behind would come later (or not at all) in the track, but it is ok. The beat is perfect and the grand final may reminds you a famous one. Anyway, in an era where many commercial pop music use to to copy/paste old stuff, the works of this release is pretty innovative, also because based on original tracks. Listen to all tracks and choose your remix. Here, there is the one. Maybe.

So deep.
Dub opens doors for many experimentation, this Giriu Dvasios release is one of them. Much more than experimental. You will feel deeply stereo-blowed with Gera and all of those spacy effects, the beat will just lift you up as well. Gulasi is pretty deep, but nice in its style. Visa sounds like you may need to try to decrypt the sense. Misko Regis is slow, pure dub. All track will let dub addicts in a state of no return. Let your mind goes. So far. So deep.
