REVIEW / RELEASE / ATABEY / DISSOLVE GRAINS EP / INSECTORAMA049 @ INSECTORAMA.DE

Bass line, base.
ATABEY delivers a deep dubbytechno EP, not all track are inspiring while i’m writing this review but the global mood will satisfy dubtechno lovers, even remixed. As usual, out of the release there is one, not like the others.

Drinking birds
The track start for what it is: a bass line based dubby atmosphere with birds flying around. Many breaks cut the flow and it works this way. The only thing i would change is the fine tuning of the track. More quality on bass, a bit less volume on some reverbering stuff around. The birds. Drinking. Flying.

REVIEW / MICK BOOGIE / EXCURSIONS: A TRIBE CALLED QUEST @ MICKBOOGIE.COM

Light up that blunt. There is one track that i will put on my favorites, right away: “Midnight 2008″, then a lot that are rare and so cool…Propellerheads style can be recognized in Electric Relaxation (Propellerheads Remix), nice mood, Groove Armada introduces some guitar and acoustic emotions in Description Of A Fool (Groove Armada Remix), awesome, too short, Busta Rhymes and De La Soul are in the cream of da EXCURSIONS too, some featured and Demo Mix, legends. I do not use to listen to hip-hop every single day, when i’ll do it again for sure some of that release will be in the play list.
A -must have- 2011 release.

wasamix review:
A deep techno mood and deep ambient sounds in tracks compilated in this -international various artists- release from deeplimit, Ukrainian netlabel. A nice way to chill with electronic sounds, a perfect release for you next -in home- after party, I’ve enjoyed so much Gradient, Dublicator, Federsen and Izzat Man but the whole release worth a listen and a -free- download. Thanks to deeplimit and featured artists to share with us this deep experience with Third Dive, the netlabel deep techno must-have compilation of 2010.
